A free account saves your bid-check results so you can come back to them, and lets you try AI extraction on one of your own documents. To run full comparisons, you’ll need a report, a Project Pass, or a subscription.
07What happens to my data after the trial?+
If you cancel your paid plan, you'll be moved to our free tier with basic estimate comparison. You keep access to your data and can still use the platform with free-tier limits. Upgrade anytime to regain full features.

EstimateHawk accepts PDF, Excel (.xlsx, .xls), and CSV files. Our AI extracts line items, quantities, and pricing from any format and normalizes them for comparison.

12How accurate is the AI extraction?+
The AI is built for structured estimates (Xactimate, contractor PDFs, spreadsheets), and you can review and edit any extracted data before running comparisons. Confidence scores show extraction certainty per line item, so you always know what to double-check.
13Can I use EstimateHawk inside my own product?+
Yes. The bid comparison API lets platforms and AI agents submit 2–5 estimates over HTTPS and get the full graded comparison back as JSON — the same analysis as the paid report, nothing redacted. It’s prepaid per report (10 credits for $150, 100 for $1,200, 500 for $4,500), no subscription, and any report that fails refunds its credit automatically. Details and code samples at /api/.
