Bids you upload for a free check are deleted automatically after 7 days unless you unlock the full report. We never share or sell them.

Any written bid for one trade: a PDF or a clear phone photo. 2 or 3 bids; PDFs up to 100 pages, and a photo counts as one page. Longer bids go into a free account, which reads every page.

Bid leveling restates competing bids on the same scope so they can be compared fairly. A leveled comparison marks every line item as included, excluded or unclear in each bid, then ranks bids by scope-adjusted cost instead of the number on the last page. Without leveling, the low bid often just has the most gaps.
