We just trimmed our pricing from three plans to two. Project Pass at $79 for one renovation decision; Professional at $99/mo for teams running bid comparisons regularly. Enterprise stays available for firms needing API, SSO, and custom contracts.
Project Pass changed in two ways
First, the price moved from $49 to $79. Second — and this is the bigger update — Project Pass now includes the two features that actually answer the questions you are paying for: market pricing intelligence (so you know if $30k for a roof is fair) and contractor reputation scores (so you know if the contractor is worth the bid).
The original Project Pass at $49 stripped both of those out. That was a mistake. We fixed it.
Professional stays at $99/mo

Project Pass, Professional, or Enterprise — all on one page.
Run your first comparison — $79The big change there is the cap: 15 project comparisons per month, down from 30. We looked at our actual usage data and the math: 90% of customers will never come close to 15. The cap exists to protect us from the very-rare power user who would otherwise cost more in API fees than they pay us.
Starter is gone
We had three plans because we thought people needed a middle option. They did not — they needed either a clear one-off purchase or real recurring value. Three tiers blurred both stories.
