How the pilot works

  1. Payment first through Stripe so unpaid files do not flood the queue.
  2. Upload bid documents through your post-checkout link.
  3. Your files enter the private founder/admin queue for service-assisted processing.
  4. You receive an email with a signed download link when the report is ready.

Raw files and identifiable extracted data may be retained for up to 90 days for support, corrections, and delivery, then deleted or de-identified. EstimateHawk may retain de-identified, aggregated pricing data to improve market price benchmarks.
